Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and name. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your Google account ID and profile picture. If you sign up with a password, we store only a one-way hash of it.
• Calibration answers: the levels you choose, your vision statement, your limiting belief, and your chosen voice. These are personal, so treat them as you would a journal.
• Sessions: the scripts and audio generated for you, and which sessions you have completed.
• Billing: your subscription status and plan. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. When you subscribe we record the time, IP address and browser you consented from, as required by auto-renewal laws.

How we use it

Only to run the app: signing you in, writing and voicing your daily sessions, tracking your progress, and billing your subscription. We may email you about your account or subscription.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers, each only for the task listed:

• Google: sign-in, if you choose "Continue with Google".
• Anthropic: writes your session scripts from your calibration answers.
• ElevenLabs: turns your script into audio.
• Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
• Cloud storage: stores your generated audio files.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

Google user data

From Google we request only your basic profile (name, email address, profile picture) to create and sign in to your account. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in, plus short-lived cookies during Google sign-in. No analytics or advertising cookies.

Where it is stored and for how long

Your data is stored in our database and kept while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account at any time by emailing admin@hotpath-studio.com. You can also remove Vāsanā's access to your Google account from your Google account settings.

Children

Vāsanā is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and email you about significant changes.
